The OPTImax Plan

The OPTImax Plan can save your family up to 60% on your eye care needs.  The OPTImax eye care plan offers you and your family immediate savings on all of your eye care needs including: frames, lenses and contact lenses.  Save up to 20% on eye exams at our participating Providers and 20% to 60% on frames and lenses. (Discounts will vary by Provider.)  Please refer to the Provider directory for appropriate discounts.

OPTImax is easy to use, and you may use it as often as you would like.  Simply schedule an appointment with a participating Provider, identifying yourself as an OPTImax member, present your identification card and the OPTImax fees are automatically calculated.

RK, PRK and Lasik Surgery

Included with your OPTImax plan are discounts of up to 20% on Radial Keratotomy (RK),  PRK, and Lasik surgery. Please contact Provider's office for pricing, identifying yourself as an OPTImax member.
